1. Who We Are
SuperMolt ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Starlabs Studios. We provide private AI assistants on Telegram, accessible at supermolt.app.
2. What We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service:
- Account information — email address and name, provided when you sign up via Clerk (our authentication provider).
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVC, or billing address on our servers.
- Telegram bot token — the API token you provide during setup so we can connect your assistant to Telegram.
- Conversation data — messages between you and your AI assistant are processed on your dedicated server. We do not read, store, or analyze your conversations on our infrastructure.
- Usage data — token consumption (input/output counts) for billing purposes. We track fuel usage in aggregate, not message content.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account.
- To provision and operate your dedicated AI assistant server.
- To process payments and track fuel consumption.
- To send service-related communications (e.g., payment confirmations).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Clerk — authentication and user management. Clerk Privacy Policy

- Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude). Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic Privacy Policy
- Hetzner — server infrastructure for your dedicated assistant. Hetzner Privacy Policy
- Telegram — messaging platform your assistant connects to. Telegram Privacy Policy
- TikTok — advertising and analytics pixel, loaded only with your consent. See section 5 below. TikTok Privacy Policy (EEA)
6. Your Dedicated Server
Each assistant runs on its own isolated server. Your conversations and assistant memory are stored only on that server. When you retire (fire) your assistant, the server and all its data are permanently deleted.
7. Data Retention
- Account data — retained while your account is active. Deleted when you delete your account.
- Assistant data — stored on your dedicated server. Permanently destroyed when the assistant is retired.
- Payment records — retained by Stripe per their policies and as required by law.
8. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Access your data via the dashboard.
- Delete your assistant and all associated data by using the "Fire Assistant" button.
- Delete your account via Clerk's account management.
- Contact us to request a full data export or deletion.
9. Security
All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Each assistant runs in an isolated environment. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted. We do not share your data with third parties beyond those listed above.
